1. Controller and contact

By creating an account or using the BIMboost portal, the Revit plugins, or any API offered under bimboost.com or bimboost.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By installing, accessing, or using any Plugin, starting file, template, or instruction document distributed by BIMboost, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including without limitation the no-warranty, use-at-own-risk, professional-use, and liability provisions below.

2 · The Service

BIMboost provides Revit-plugin licenses and supporting services: a customer portal, a license-validation API hit by each plugin session, transactional email, and human + AI-assisted support. References in these Terms to "the Plugins" include the Revit plugins themselves as well as any starting files, templates, instruction documents (PDF or otherwise), and other materials we distribute alongside them.

No warranty. The Plugins and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties as to performance, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and no representations as to the results generated by the Plugins.

Use at your own risk. Use of the Plugins and the Service is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the output, nor for any decisions you make on the basis of that output.

Compatibility. The Plugins are developed for use with specific versions of Autodesk® Revit®. We do not guarantee compatibility with all versions, configurations, or future updates of Revit.

3 · Accounts

You sign up with your work email and either a magic-link or single-sign-on. You are responsible for keeping the mailbox secure — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you. The same goes for license keys distributed to your team; treat them like passwords.

4 · Subscriptions, billing, and trials

New customers get a 7-day free trial on every buyable product. You must provide a payment method up front; you are not charged during the trial.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of every billing period (monthly or yearly, chosen at checkout). You may cancel any time from the customer dashboard — access continues to the end of the current period.
Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated by Stripe. Removing seats mid-cycle issues a credit on your next invoice; for seats that were already paid in the current cycle, access continues to the end of the period rather than being credited back. No cash refunds outside the right of withdrawal below.
Volume discount: 5 or more seats on one product earn a 20% discount across the whole subscription, applied automatically.

5 · Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Most of our customers are businesses, but if you sign up as a consumer (B2C) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Dutch Consumer Law (Art. 6:230o BW). To exercise it, mail support@bimboost.com before the 14-day window expires. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal.

6 · Acceptable use

Don't share license keys outside your organisation, or run more concurrent plugin sessions than your seat count allows.
Don't reverse-engineer the plugins or the license API to mint counterfeit lease tokens.
Don't use the Service for anything illegal, abusive, or in violation of third-party rights.

We may revoke license keys or suspend accounts on credible evidence of breach. Repeated or material breach terminates the agreement without refund.

6.b · Your responsibility for output. You are solely responsible for verifying all output produced with the Plugins and for ensuring that any designs, models, templates, or data created with them comply with the applicable standards, regulations, codes, and project requirements that govern your work.

6.c · Professional use. The Plugins are support tools. They do not replace professional judgement. You remain fully responsible for all design, coordination, engineering, and construction decisions, regardless of whether those decisions were informed or assisted by the Plugins.

7 · Intellectual property

The Revit plugins, portal, design assets, distributed files (including starting files and instruction documents), and API are owned by {LEGAL_ENTITY.name} (KvK {LEGAL_ENTITY.kvk}). Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the duration of the subscription on the seat count you paid for.

Third-party software. The Plugins operate within Autodesk® Revit®, a registered trade mark of Autodesk, Inc. BIMboost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Autodesk. Use of the Autodesk® and Revit® marks in these Terms is for identification only.

8 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Plugins or the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall BIMboost be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, project delays, financial loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Plugins or the Service — even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This cap does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

9 · Term and termination

The agreement runs as long as you have an active subscription or pending invoice. Either party may terminate by cancelling subscriptions and clearing outstanding balances. We may terminate immediately for material breach (acceptable-use violations, non-payment after the grace window, fraud).

10 · Governing law and jurisdiction

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of {LEGAL_ENTITY.city}, {LEGAL_ENTITY.country}, unless mandatory rules (e.g. consumer protection) direct otherwise.

11 · Changes

We may update these Terms — material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you object, cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

We further reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Plugins, the Service, or any feature thereof at any time, with or without notice. Where a change is material we will give at least 14 days' advance notice by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
